Nerve pain: You may have a spinal nerve irritation, which could be caused by trauma (car accident), diabetes, chemical exposure, etc. You are taking Ciprofloxacin for an infection. If the infection is a urinary tract infection, your testicular pain may be associated with the uti. It would be wise to ask your pharmacist if the tingling sensations and testicular pain could be a side effect of the medication.
