What tests should you get at 6 weeks pregnant?

None specific: There are no tests that are clearly indicated at 6 weeks with an uncomplicated pregnancy. Ultrasound is possible at 6 weeks, but most women do not need it this early unless there are complications with the current or possibly a prior pregnancy.
