Testicular Cancer: Testicular cancer strikes men ages 26 to 32. It is not found in men of your age. If you are having pain it is most likely a problem with your tubing that goes from the testicles to your prostate. This is common and is known as a varicocele or spermatocele.

No ; NO: Testicular cancers will present in most of the time as pain less mass with loss of teticular sensation , in rare occasions abdominal metastasis with no palpable mass , awareness and regular physical examination results an early diagnosis that will achieve the best results , including cure.
