Yes, clitoroplasty: Not exactly vaginal surgery, procedure is called reduction clitoroplasty. Often performed by experienced pediatric urologists who takle care of girls with adrenal hyperplasia which causes clitoromegaly. The glans (head) of clitoris is preserved and some of the erectile tissue is removed from the shaft on either side. Also by gynecologists with plastic surgery training. Please feel free to comment.
