I doubt that there is anything here to stop you from doing this unless you are relieving your sexual urges through the normal and common practice known as masturbation. Being a sexual being is part of the human condition. The is no medical or health consequences to becoming sexual. There are plenty of negative health consequences to not sex.

Sexsomniacs do not remember the acts that they perform while they are asleep.
