Neither: Both have the same amount of alcohol and it is the alcohol, not the difference in the beverage, that can cause heart palpitations and heart rhythm problems.

Palpitation: The wine or beer you don't drink would fill that bill. If alcoholic drinks bother your heart, don't drink them.
