Achilles' tendon: A lump on the achilles' tendon can be tendinitis to a partially torn tendon. Please get a medical consult and an mri depends on the MRI result to determine treatment.

Could be a : Partial tear of the achilles' tendon. I suggest you see a foot/ankle doctor for follow up care.
