Several options: Rls can be treated in a variety of ways. The first thing to check for is iron deficiency anemia. If you are iron deficient, then iron supplementation may be all you need to improve your RLS symptoms. Other classes of medications used include low doses of a narcotic, such as morphine, or Dopamine agonists such as Requip (ropinirole) or mirapex.
