In your case: You should not be trying to figure that out. Go to the hospital immediately. Let them sort that out. And stop smoking.

TIA Migraine: It can be hard to differentiate between two. Migraine will have headache associated it whereas TIA might not. Another thing supporting TIA would be the risk factors for stroke.
