Deep set eyes : If you want no surgery and a no meds you have only secondary methods as make up and glasses sometimes tanning helps all of these disguise but do remove the problem.

Proper Diet: A well balanced diet would be appropriate. I am unaware of any simple medications that would help this.

Diet will not help: Diet important for other reasons. Unless you are sick this may be your normal face.
