Eat yogurt!: You can have chlamydia and not have symptoms, but if you test positive you should be treated as this infection can potentially lead to infertility problems if not treated. If you are now itching and having a discharge, you might have a yeast infection. Many antibiotics will cause a disruption of the good-bad bacteria and alter the vaginas ph, leading to a yeast infection. Yogurt, Monistat helps.
