Clot in coronary: The coronary arteries feed the heart. One or more may be partially obstructed. When one shuts all the way muscle is damaged- heart attack. Symptoms are pain, arrythmia, pallor, sweating, etc.

Heart attack : There are many things that can happen right before the heart attack, but 4 major ones are: lightheadedness (syncope), crushing chest pressure, sometimes upper abdominal pressure and nausea (if the heart attack is affecting the right side of the heart), and perspirations.
