Many things can : Contribute to this. Underlying vascualr disorders, rheumatological disease, endocrine/hormonal issues, mechanical trauma to an artery, mechanical occlusion by a mass , treatment may be simple as a blood test or medication, so speak to your pcp and try to get a firm diagnosis if it is getting worse. This will direct treatment if possible.
