how to get rid of hair fall?

Hair Loss: Treatment of hair fall depends on the cause. For male pattern hair loss you can use rogaine (minoxidil) or Propecia or both. For telogen effluvium effluvium you can get B12 shots. For scaring hair loss you have to treat the cause. Thyroid disease can also cause hair loss. See your dermatologist for help.
