Units?: If this is micrograms/deciliter, you're mid-normal range. Taking zinc pills without a specific indication is a bad idea in the first place (prevents copper absorption, rough on the gut), but serum copper doesn't correlate well with total body copper as it's largely dependent on levels of the protein ceruloplasmin. Glad you stopped taking the zinc. Best wishes.
