Opening to vagina burns after sex and recently found hard bumps there which weren't there before. worried about the bumps.

A few ideas: When the opening hurts, it's most often due to dryness or yeast infection. You can try over the counter antifungal to see if that helps. Hard bumps can be a lot of things, and an exam is most likely necessary to diagnose. Some ideas are: condylomas (reaction to contacting hpv), sebaceous cysts (plugged ducts), stds (usually they are filled with fluid), pimples (simple acne). Get an exam to be sure.
