No need more than : Bentyl (dicyclomine) used for irritable bowel syndrome. Pains are due to gastric cancer need treatment , if already treated by traditional surgery , chemo and possible radiation , need pain management specialist , no reason to suffer with pain , speak to your doctor for referral

No: Bentyl (dicyclomine) is an antispasmodic. It is typically used for ibs (irritable bowel) or other issues which make one have crampy bowels. It is unlikely to give relief to gastric cancer.
