That's a low dose : Unlikely to cause withdrawal symptoms. People with benzodiazepine withdrawals can be severe enough to cause seizure -- this is why they are tapered down and then off under doctor supervision. Your dose was so low already, you may have the return of the symptoms that caused you to take it in the first place (anxiety) but not life-threatening. Be dure yo avoid caffeine and other stimulants as well.
