I have irregular periods but this month i got cramps as usual but no period i did have some brown discharge when i wiped afew days ago i'm week late?

Pregnancy test: You didn't mention if you are sexually active, but since you mentioned your period is late, i'm going out on a limb here and guess that you are. First things first; do a home pregnancy test. Follow up with a second if it's negative and you haven't had your period in a few weeks. I'd suggest making an appointment with a gyn if negative and get ocp to regulate menses.
