Usually not: As long as tetanus vaccination status is current, minor injury does not require tetanus shot.

No: Some docs will be cautious and recommend it. My personal opinoin is no you don't. You are more concerned with metal, rust etc. "small glass cut" - make sure you clean it out good and apply topical antibiotic you should be fine.
