How much panadol (acetaminophen) does it take to overdose?

Dose highly variable: Panadol(paracetamol) in uk and tylenol(acetaminophen)in north america
the toxic dose is variable in individuals.A single dose of 10 grms has a pretty good chance of causing toxicity.Intermittent doses more than 2grms a day if taken along with alcohol and/or other drugs toxic to liver can also cause toxicity.A single dose less than 10 grms with alcohol overdose can be toxic to liver.

You may not be able: To tell. Do not take more than the recommended dosing. If you are causing any liver damage, you will need a blood test that checks liver enzymes to see if you are causing damage or not. Avoid ever taking more than 3 grams of Acetaminophen in a 24 hour period. Congenital issues, liver issues and other medications can make you even more sensitive.Discuss with your physician the need for blood tests.

why would you want to take tylenol anyway? It is risky with herbal and "natural" supplements and alcohol also. Aspirin is safer and does a better job.
