My mother would say: "don't eat a large meal." seriously, if you're troubled, you need to have your heart rhythm monitored. An excessively large meal can restrict motion of your diaphragm if your abdomen is large, making you feel short of breath. It shouldn't affect your heart rhythm unless you're eating cardiac stimulants such as caffeine/cola/coffee/cocoa.
