Liver cysts: Liver cysts are usually benign and about 15% of the population will be found to have a cyst on exam. A cystic structure on exam can be a hematoma, abscess or parasite, ovwever these are usually asociated with other symptoms. If you have a cyst with no symptoms probably a reasonable thing to do is get an ultrasound and see if its size changes or time.
