gynecomastia: Very typical presentation of gynecomastia, an inflammatory process affecting males. It's benign, usually self limiting, but can be very annoying. You may develop a firm, tender area beneath the nipple.If it's intolerable, or last more than about 3 months, you may choose to have it excised. See your doctor at your leisure if this persists.
