anxiety: Nervousness, sweating, feeling short of breath can all be symptoms of anxiety or as you put it, worrying too much. Speaking with a mental health counselor or psychiatrist can be very helpful in dealing with what is worrying you at loud. There is a multitude of pharmacotherapies that can treat anxiety very effectively so it's not something you need to live with.
