Yes: Perimenstral vary among women. Most of the people with "joint pain" often have soft tissue musculoskeletal symptoms especially myofascial pain. We know that inflammatory arthritis can be influenced by pregnancy but it does not mean that perimenstral pain is pregnancy equivalent . Each person needs to be evaluated to put these symptoms into perspective.
