Microdermabrasion: Laser resurfacing with a fractionated co2 laser is more effective and perminant than treatment with microdermabrasion.

Microdermabrasion: Is usually better suite for thicker skin like the lips. Fractional laser resurfacing would be better suited for the thin skin of the lower lids. But much of this is dependent on your surgeon's skills and judgement.
