I don't understand?: What is "hyper-ovulation?" Clomid (clomiphene) is used for ovulation induction, sometimes in conjunction with gonadotropins then sometimes called controlled ovarian hyperstimulation. This is not the same thing as ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome which is exceedingly rare with Clomid (clomiphene) alone. What is your doctor concerned about?
