swollen lymph node: Swollen lymph nodes especially if they are painless and significantly enlarge are not normal and need further evaluation. If you are also loosing weight then it's more concerning. Suggest further evaluation with ct scans and biopsy to rule out malignancy.

Could be...: A "rock hard" mass anywhere in your body, particularly one that grows or is accompanied by other symptoms, deserves further workup. Hope it's nothing of importance but do get it checked.
