Absolutely not: Having a "sixth" lumbar vertebrae carries no increased risk of back problems at all, nor do you have be careful. There are normally 12 thoracic vertebrae, each with an attached set of ribs; 5 lumbar which then end on a solid fused part of the spine known as the sacrum. If there is one less pair of ribs or one extra motion segment in the sacrum, it is called by some as having "6" lumbar vertebra.
