A member asked:

I've had unprotected sex twice this week and none of the semen came back out like it normally does. is this alright?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No semen leaking out: The amount of ejaculent released during sexual intercourse can vary widely, although it's usually equal to around a teaspoon. But sometimes there can be very little released and sometimes a man can experience what's called retrograde ejaculation, which releases nothing externally although it feels normal to the male. I'm guessing it's not a problem but talk about it with family doc if continues.
