Prob. emotional: Probably emotional and anxiety. I'd be anxious too if i hadn't used contraception and protection against std's. You have every reason to be anxious. Next time take precautions and you can save yourself all this grief. Of course, you could also be pregnant, in which case what you do next time is already meaningless.
