Ovulation : The ovule or egg develops in a small pool of fluid on the ovary's surface. Once the egg is released during ovulation, the remains of the follicular cyst regresses while another location is developing another egg for release. You can see small ovarian cyst even in some women taking the "pill" and even in menopausal age women.
