Menses after tubal: A tubal doesn't change your ovaries or the behavior of your uterine lining which is what controls your period. For many who have been on birth control in the past, the pills regulated your periods. After a tubal, you stop taking birth control pills and your cycles become what they always would have been off of birth control.
