When i'm stressed i break out in blisters in various areas. my pa says that its stress induced in the herpes family. can u give your opinion?

Yes it is possible: Physical or mental stress and lack of sleep seems to allow the herpes to break out. Not all types f herpes are sexually transmitted, on causes the common cold sore. If it is bothersome, medication taken in the 1st 48 hours after they appear can shorten the time yu have these lesions.
