Follow up with your: Pcp or gi. You may have recurrence of gastritis or it could be spasm of your intestine/ ibs etc. Were u tested for h pylori? R u taking ppi / antacids or antacids. Hope u feel better soon! http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/gastritis/ds00488.
