My baby is 3 months wit a cold is their anything i can give or do to help her cold go away?

Supportive care: Thank you for your question. If you baby has had a fever, which is 100.4 or higher, and not responding to tylenol (acetaminophen) or other fever control than i recommend going to see your pediatrician. That being said, most minor upper respiratory infections are viral. The best treatment in this case is continued hydration, humidifier, fever control and time.
