A member asked:

No clinic symptoms.ena results all 0.2. rnp/sm rising from1.0 to 1.6 in 3yrs.doctors say no big deal? what if it continues to rise as in these 3yrs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No clinical sx: If no clinical symptoms criteria for disease not met. ANA can be very reliable in diagnosis with symptoms consistent with disease state. But false positive results occur. The question should be why was test run.
