Stop worrying: I am going to assume that your rnp/smith are below the ranges that the lab considers significant. All immunoassays turn up some positivity because the of cross-reactivity of other antibodies that you may develop from meeting different micro-organisms or goodness-knows-how. The miniscule rise in activity means nothing, your physicians were right to say thing ; if you had mctd you'd know u r sick.
