Correct Math: 1ng=.000001mg so you are right in that regard. Amitriptyline can be given safely for some condition in as much as 300mg/day so assuming that you do not have it reversed (3240mg of Amitriptyline would be fatal) you are very correct. The lowest dose generally given is 25mg/day.
