other symptoms ?: If the child was examined and no treatable problem was found, a return visit would be justified if worrisome symptoms arose.Decline in activity, feeding or drinking and persistence or increase in fever .A simple change in the appearance of the rash would not mean a change in diagnosis.A call to the office during regular hours would allow you to review the issue with the staff before deciding to go.
