yes: Side effects of thyroid supplements include anxiety and symptoms that can be interpreted as anxiety (tachycardia, sweating, tremors, etc). Consult your dr to rule out other causes and possibly dose adjustment if needed. You mentioned in your profile 2 different thyroid agents, are you prescribed both simultanously? If not, they might be interacting, like with many other meds.

Possibly: Levothyroxine can possibly cause anxiety if it is taken for the wrong reason or if the dose is too high. See your doctor and get your labwork checked on a regular basis to make sure your dose is correct.
