Heart ache v disease: I'm not clear what you mean by "heart ache". You'll both need to discuss w/his doc the implications of his condition on any children you might have together. In general, while there is concern over family history, most conditions are usually not enough to keep one from having children. Still, it's best to clarify exactly what kind of "heart ache" he has before proceeding further.
