not sure: If you had your uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes removed you would go immediately into menopause. This can be very unsettling and can induce anxiety. Leaving your ovaries intact would prevent this. Talk with your gyn doc.

Hysterectomy : Would eradicate your periods. Ablation should be considered because it has fewer risks. I would not recommend removal of your ovaries. I think this might make anxiety worse since you can't take hormones.
