See your OB-GYN doc.: You should be checked out for ovarian cysts or uterine fibroids among other possibilities. It would be good to be checked out by an ob-gyn specialist as soon as possible.

Abnormal: It sounds like you are having excess bleeding. Blood clots are usually a sign that there is excessive bleeding. The low back pain and stomach pain are likely the result of these clots passing through your cervix and causing this pain. See a gynecologist and get checked. It could be your thyroid, pituitary, or a polyp or fibroid in uterus. Also extremes of weight can cause this (thin/heavy).

Endometriosis: I would suspect fibroids. I would order an ultrasound of the pelvis. if it showed fibroids, I would refer patient to the gyn. I would check H/H to ensure she has not become anemic.
