see neurologist: For a more complete uation, since findings on ct scan may be not clinically related. A diagnosis of demyelinating disease requires other criteria, but it can happen at your age. Early detection is best.

No, but...: Mri scans are more sensitive and specific for demyelination than ct scans. This means that not only are mris better at finding it when it's present, but not finding it on an MRI means that it's almost certainly absent. "suggestive" findings of demyelination on a brain ct that is not seen on an MRI are generally treated as "false-positive." that gets into the science of testing (no room here).
