What parasite?: I'm not sure what you mean or what parasites you're referring to. Parasites are not common causes of skin problems in the U.S. Far more common is delusional parasitosis, a psychiatric condition in which patient think they're infected with parasites. It's difficult to treat, because it's very hard to convince the sufferers that they need psychiatric help rather than antiparasitic medications.
