In office? : If you're doing an endometrial ablation in the office setting then it is highly advised to have a paracervical block. This anesthesia should not cost much more. The high cost of the procedure is the ablation itself. If this is going through your insurance the anesthesia cost would be bundled into the overall payment anyway.
