If within 15 minutes: If the child vomits within 15 minutes of swallowing the dose of medicine, you can safely repeat the dose. This means a full forced vomit, not just little baby spit-ups. If longer than 15 minutes consider the dose given and you cannot repeat until the next scheduled dose.
