Vivid Dreams: Maybe poor sleep quality. Vivid dreams usually means that you're awakening during the part of the sleep cycle that includes dreaming. It may be related to the Alprazolam you're taking. Talk to your primary care doctor about a trial off the xanax (alprazolam).
